The President of the Republic of Seychelles, Danny Faure, received the letters of credence of the new Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Republic of Seychelles, Francesca Alessandra Azais, at State House.
Seychelles and the Sovereign Order of Malta established diplomatic relations in June 1992. The President congratulated Ambassador Azais on her well-deserved achievement and expressed his wish to further boost cooperation between the Order of Malta and Seychelles.
On April 11, 2024, a symbolic handover ceremony took place at the diocesan seminary known as “La Domus” to deliver a donation for the “La Ferme de l’Espoir” project.
The Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Republic of Seychelles, Francesca Alessandra Azais, was invited to speak at the University of Seychelles during an event entitled “Ambassadors Talk”
The Order of Malta’s Grand Master Fra’ Matthew Festing received the President of Seychelles James Michel in the Magistral Villa.
